All children in perry county are prepared to succeed in school from day one thanks to the generous donations of the new school supplies from our community residents

In 2023 we surpassed our goal of $15,000 - thanks to the support of our Community! These funds allow us to give back to our schools & early learning centers so they may purchase school supplies for those in need! We would like to give a special THANK YOU to McDonald's, our Corporate Sponsors and all of the Individual donors who helped make this possible!

"Stuff the Bus" is a county-wide school supply drive for families in need in our area each year. School systems are invited to provide buses and volunteers to help collect the donated school supplies from shoppers at Walmart each July. All the new supplies are donated to each school system to distribute to families who need assistance to provide the necessary school supplies for their children.
United Way of Perry County collects any monetary donations for new supplies as well. The monetary donations are sent to the schools to purchase additional items for their students.
